24/7 Air Solution, Cooling & Heating

Answered 24/7 · Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach

No AC in South Florida heat is an emergency. We answer 24/7.

Nights, weekends and holidays. A person answers, tells you honestly when a technician can get there, and quotes the repair before any work.

What's included

  • Phones answered 24 hours, 7 days
  • Honest ETA before you commit
  • Written price before any work
  • Priority for elderly, infants and medical needs
  • Water leaks and electrical burning smells
  • Safe temporary measures until the part arrives

What counts as an emergency

  • No cooling in the heat with an elderly person, an infant, someone pregnant or with a medical condition, or pets at home. Heat illness indoors is real in a South Florida summer.
  • Water coming through a ceiling or out of an air-handler closet.
  • A burning or electrical smell, smoke, or a breaker that trips again as soon as it's reset. Turn the system off at the thermostat and the breaker first.
  • A business where heat means lost product, closed rooms or unsafe conditions.

If anyone has signs of heat illness (confusion, fainting, a very high body temperature), call 911 first.

While you wait

  1. If it's leaking or smells electrical, turn the system off at the thermostat and the breaker.
  2. If there's ice on the copper line, turn cooling off and run the fan only to thaw the coil.
  3. Close blinds on the sunny side, run ceiling fans, and move people into the coolest room.
  4. Put towels down and a bucket under any drip. Check the drain pan in the air-handler closet.
  5. Have the model number from the outdoor unit's label ready. It speeds up the diagnosis.

How after-hours service works

A person answers, day or night. We ask what's happening and tell you honestly how soon a technician can be there. At 2 AM that may be first thing in the morning rather than in the next hour, and we'd rather tell you that than leave you waiting on a promise. The repair is quoted in writing before any work, the same as a weekday. If a part isn't available at night, we make the system safe, and get you cooling again with a temporary fix where one is possible.

Hurricane season and power outages

After a storm, don't restart the AC until the outdoor unit is clear of debris and dry, and any flood water has receded. After an outage, leave the system off for a few minutes once power returns so the compressor isn't hit with a surge. Our hurricane-season AC prep guide covers what to do before and after.

24/7 Emergency AC Service: questions

Do you really answer at night?

Yes. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We tell you honestly how soon a technician can get to you.

Is emergency AC repair more expensive?

After-hours work is quoted on the call, before any work, so you decide with the number in front of you. Nothing is added afterward.

My AC is leaking through the ceiling. What do I do?

Turn the system off at the thermostat, put a bucket and towels down, and call. The usual cause is a clogged condensate drain or an overflowing drain pan, and it's often a quick fix.

Should I call 911 for heat?

If anyone shows signs of heat stroke (confusion, fainting, very high body temperature, hot dry skin), yes, call 911 first. Then call us.

AC out, or thinking about a new system?

Call and a person answers, 24/7. The written price comes before any work.
