- We visit, run the load calculation and give you a flat written quote.
- If you'd like to finance, we explain the options available for that quote.
- You apply with the lender and see the exact terms (rate, length and payment) before you commit.
- Once approved, we schedule the permit and the install.
Before you finance, compare
Look at the total cost over the term, not just the monthly payment. If a promotional 0% rate applies, check what happens if the balance isn't paid by the end of the promotion. And get the equipment right first: a correctly sized, properly installed system is the thing you'll be paying for over the years. The 2026 AC buying guide covers what to check.
Other ways to lower the cost
- FPL: an instant rebate on qualifying high-efficiency systems, through FPL's participating contractors.
- New-customer offer: Save $250 on a complete AC system replacement.
- Right-sizing: the load calculation sometimes shows you need a smaller system than the one coming out.
Note: the federal 25C tax credit ended for equipment installed after December 31, 2025.
