A written price first
You approve a flat, written price before anyone picks up a tool. If something changes once the system is open, we stop and re-quote. You can say no.

State-licensed CAC work, permitted
Repairs, installs and refrigerant work are done by a Florida state-licensed CAC contractor, and we pull the permit wherever your county requires one.

Sized by calculation
Every replacement starts with a Manual J load calculation, not a square-foot guess. An oversized system in Florida is a clammy house and a short life.

An honest ETA
A person answers 24/7 and tells you when a technician can realistically be there. Miami traffic is real; we won't pretend it isn't.
